Send Then Do beta
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
What this beta does
Send Then Do converts school messages into suggested parent checklists. It is an independent beta product and is not operated by, endorsed by, or connected to any school or school district.
Information we process
- Your email address and selected beta preferences.
- The school-message text you voluntarily paste into the form.
- Generated checklist items, feedback, selected notification preferences, and basic product events.
- Technical anti-abuse information such as request timing and temporary rate-limit identifiers.
How information is used
We use submitted information to generate the requested checklist, operate and secure the beta, understand whether the product is useful, respond to privacy requests, and improve extraction quality.
Service providers
The beta uses Vercel to host and run the service, OpenAI to process message text and generate structured checklists, Google Sheets to store beta leads and feedback, and optionally Resend to deliver a checklist only when you request an email copy.
Storage and retention
By default, the beta keeps only the information needed to validate the product: your email, generated summary, selected preferences, feedback, and product events. You can request deletion of beta records tied to your email, including a specific test record after reviewing its checklist.
Children
Send Then Do is intended for parents and other adults. Children under 13 may not submit messages or use the beta directly. Parents should remove unnecessary child-identifying information before submitting a message.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of beta records associated with your email. We may ask you to verify control of that email before completing a request.
