What this service does

Send Then Do converts school messages into suggested parent checklists. It is an independent product and is not operated by, endorsed by, or connected to any school or school district.

Information we process

• Your email address and the preferences you choose.
• School-message text you paste or forward to a private Send Then Do inbox address.
• Generated school actions, source metadata, feedback, selected notification preferences, and basic product events.
• When enabled, encrypted Google Calendar authorization tokens and browser push-subscription details.
• For purchases, Paddle customer, subscription, transaction, amount, currency, consent, and billing-status identifiers. Send Then Do does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
• Technical anti-abuse information such as request timing and, temporarily, network identifiers used for rate limiting.

How information is used

We use submitted information to generate the requested checklist, operate and secure the service, understand whether the product is useful, respond to privacy requests, and improve extraction quality.

Service providers

The service uses Vercel to host and run the application, Supabase to store account and structured product records, OpenAI to process school-message text, Resend to send and receive configured email, Google for optional sign-in and Calendar access, browser push services for optional device notifications, Paddle for checkout and billing, and Google Analytics when analytics is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Storage and retention

For forwarded email, Send Then Do processes the message body and stores structured school actions, the sender, subject, processing status, and source metadata. The original message body is not stored in the Send Then Do database after processing. Account, partner, Calendar, notification, and billing records are kept while needed to provide the service, meet security or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or until deletion is requested where deletion is legally available.

You can request deletion of eligible records tied to your verified email. Avoid submitting student IDs, passwords, medical details, financial account information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Children

Send Then Do is intended for parents and other adults. Children under 13 may not create submissions or use the service directly. Parents should remove unnecessary child-identifying information before submitting a message.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of records associated with your email at support@sendthendo.com. We may ask you to verify control of that email before completing a request.
